Key responsibilities:

With location in Munich, Germany, we are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our business. You will be key in servicing our CCM and Jackson Ultima business by support and advise on customer service matters within the regions. You will be part of the European customer service organization and report directly to the Customer Service Manager for CCM Hockey EU. Your main responsibility will be to sell, support and guide our reorder customers through incoming and outgoing sales activities through our digital tools, mainly telephone and email.

Key tasks:

  • To establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers in the company’s best interests.
  • Actively sell pre-defined products.
  • Actively work with pre-defined ”re-order” customers.
  • Assist customers and consumers with various information requests (order tracking, stock availability, retail prices, purchase prices, discounts, delivery dates, claims and returns questions etc.)
  • Update B24 orders into ERP system.
  • Part creation in Pelyco 
  • Follow up targets
  • Support business on delivery of sales and financial targets and objectives 

Your profile:

We are looking for a person with a degree in relevant field and at least 1-2 years of experience of Sales and/or Customer Service.  Moreover, experience from working with ERP and/or sales administrative systems on detailed level is essential. You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken). 

The ideal candidate is familiar with our products, the Figure Skating industry, as well as Ice Hockey industry. You are a customer focused and sales-oriented person and team player with a proven record and a winner’s attitude. A background from a Sports Equipment store and/or strong interest in sports in general is an advantage.
