Scott Dunn Private - Researcher

The Researcher will be accountable for building prospect profiles and setting up meetings with potential new Scott Dunn Private Members on behalf of the Scott Dunn Private team. With your focus on information obtained within the public domain, you will effectively qualify prospective members, creating an individual dossier, giving a holistic in-depth profile of each potential HNW and UHNW individual who is likely to be interested in the SDP offering. Using the information gleaned in each dossier, the goal is to approach prospects with the aim of setting up an in-person meeting with a Scott Dunn Private New Business Manager / Relationship Manager. Dovetailing the prospect’s hobbies and passions to Scott Dunn Private’s product portfolio is likely to enable a more favourable response to a meeting.

Responsibilities

• Desktop research of HNW names from existing database to build profile – family, interests, profession
• Reading of media and target publications to build list of potential names
• Proactive engagement of target prospects to set up appointments for in person / phone call meetings with the SDP New Business Management team
• Preparation of profiles of prospects for attendance at SDP events
• Prioritise outreach to prospects most interested in leisure travel
• Look for mutual connections within the existing database, to build relationships through trusted referrals

Requirements

• Working closely with the Head of Scott Dunn Private to support member acquisition, member retention and development of the Private proposition
• Leverage research skills to help the Private team engage prospects and win new members
• Truly service oriented
• An excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
• Confident outbound calling
• A resilient team player
• Keep accurate, up-to-date member/prospect documentation on an ongoing basis
• Comply with all regulation, policies and standards around data protection

Desirable

• Experience researching within luxury clients or HNW individuals
• Previous experience with CRM software
• Proficient with Microsoft suite, particularly PowerPoint, Forms etc

Location

We aim to find someone who would be office based at our premises in Hammersmith for at least 3 days a week. There will be an induction / training period initially, where you may be required to attend the office daily.
